Rev Reuben Kwamla Obeng
Rev Obeng is an ordained reverend minister of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC). He started Pastoring ICGC Prestea, Breman Asikuma, Elmina and is presently the Cape Coast District Supervising Minister of ICGC and the Resident Pastor of ICGC Grace Temple located at Cape Coast, Ghana.
Rev Obeng had his Pastoral and theological training at the Central University School of Theology and Missions. He did his postgraduate studies in Human Resource Development, Peace and Development Studies and Human Rights at University of Cape Coast and University of Education, Winneba respectively.
His expertise is in the areas of Human Capital Development, Peace and Development, Governance & Leadership, Religion and Development, Conflict Management, etc. He is a teacher, church planter and also operates in various gifts of the Holy Spirit.
He has been married to Martha since 1993 and they are blessed with 3 children namely; Parousia, El-pachris and Wazinita.
